Servers, Sideboards & Buffets

People with larger dining rooms will be able to fit a larger buffet or sideboard into their floor plan. Buffets usually give you drawers and doors as well, for storing linens and flatware, when they are not being used. You may also find servers with wine racks, and extra drawers or doors for tableware.

Not only is a server a beautiful furnishing, but it's quite useful in your dining room. When you have large groups of people eating, you can place the serving platters and bowls on the buffet, so that the table is not cluttered. This makes it easier to serve, and also leaves the table more open for after-dinner coffee.
